Sattva Orasi is a photographer, graduated in Educommunication by the School of Communication and Arts of the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP). In 2018 she won an academic merit scholarship to study Art History at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid where she currently resides.
Sattva has been developing documentary projects since 2012, visually narrating the various stories she encounters. In 2019 she was selected to participate in the NIKON-NOOR Academy Masterclass in Spain, with photographers from the Dutch agency NOOR. She recently exhibited at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York and at the PhotoEspaña Festival. She also published in several magazines, such as F-Stop Magazine, Marie Claire Brazil and Marie Claire Hong Kong, covering the Coronavirus pandemic in Madrid.
